Music :: Budos mayhem hits the Gothic Theatre

The Gothic Theatre was originally built in the 1920s as a movie theatre. It's been renovated and is now a great music venue to see local and national tours in an intimate setting where you can actually stand feet from your favorite artists and watch them perform instead of staring at a massive screen just to make out their faces. The Budos Band performed here and i did some photography for the show to warm up for their following night's performance at Red Rocks. here are some of my fav shots from the night below. this band has a powerhouse sound that blasts the plaster off the walls of any venue where they perform. i've come to admire and respect this brotherhood of musicians and highly recommend you catch them live as soon as possible.

and if you're looking for a hang nearby before the show, head over to the Englewood Tavern for a full bar of drinks, food, pool, and an outdoor patio. it's owned and operated by a neighborhood local and they'll make you feel like you're part of the family...the cool side of the family.
